This Privacy Policy explains how Phaser ("Phaser", "we", "us", or the "Service") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other applicable data-protection laws.

Administrator-created artist profiles are identified, where appropriate, as Unofficial, Fan-made, Not managed by the artist, or through another similarly clear notice.
This means that the profile was not created or verified by the artist, that the artist does not necessarily control or approve it, and that the profile must not be interpreted as an endorsement of Phaser.
Phaser seeks to limit administrator-created profiles to relevant professional information. Phaser does not intend to publish private, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through such profiles.
For an administrator-created artist profile that has not yet been claimed, an artist, authorised representative, rights holder, or other affected person may use the dedicated public profile-request form or contact Phaser.
The form may collect the requester's name, email address, role or relationship to the artist, request type, explanation, official reference URL, verification details, a good-faith confirmation, technical records such as the requester's IP address, and administrative review information.
Requests are stored in Phaser's database and made available to authorised administrators in the Control Room. An email alert may also be sent to the administrative address configured for Phaser. If email delivery fails, the database copy remains available for review.
Submitting a request does not automatically establish identity, authority, ownership, or entitlement to control the profile. Phaser may request proportionate verification through an official email address, website, social account, management, label, distributor, publisher, booking representative, or an existing official Phaser account.
A request may be marked as pending, verification required, verified, accepted, rejected, or resolved. Phaser may correct or update the profile; remove specific information, links, embeds, images, or media; temporarily restrict or hide it; mark it more clearly as unofficial; merge it with an official account; grant appropriate profile-management access; permanently remove it; or decline the request where Phaser has a lawful and adequately documented reason.
Phaser may reject requests that are fraudulent, abusive, contradictory, materially incomplete, unsupported, or not reasonably verifiable. Phaser will normally remove or restrict an unofficial artist profile when a verified artist or authorised representative raises a valid objection and Phaser has no overriding lawful reason to continue the processing.
We may process information about how users interact with the Service, including:
Search Lite sends the active search text and selected search criteria to Phaser so it can return artist results. The active term is also reflected in the page URL while that search is displayed. For convenience, the browser may store up to five recent search terms, the selected Indie or Signed search mode, Discover filters, and a limited list of artists recently shown or explored. The shown/explored list is kept in the browser for up to 90 days, with up to 300 entries in each list, and is sent with later search requests to help avoid repeatedly showing the same artists. Recent search terms can be cleared from Search Lite; browser storage can also be removed through browser controls.
For signed-in fans, Phaser may record which artist results were shown and interactions such as opening artist profiles, viewing Spotlight content, playing artist media, or clicking artist links. These account-associated signals may be used to order or personalise discovery and recommendations.
On some pages, Phaser also uses first-party usage measurement. The browser stores a pseudonymous visitor identifier in local storage and a session identifier in session storage, then sends them to Phaser with events such as page views, profile or post views, searches, media interactions, and external-link clicks. Event records may include the page path, referrer, browser information, and the destination or content interacted with. When a user is signed in, these records may be associated with that account.
We use cookies and browser storage as described in our Cookie Policy. The current project stores the consent choice and Search Lite convenience preferences in browser storage. Search Lite's active search term is sent to Phaser's service to produce results. Some pages also use first-party usage measurement as described in section 2.5.
If optional third-party analytics or advertising is enabled in a future version, Phaser and its providers may process:
Optional third-party analytics or advertising technologies, if added or enabled, will not be activated before the user's choice where consent is legally required. First-party usage measurement is described separately in section 2.5; the current consent choice does not turn that measurement on or off.
The current project does not load separate third-party analytics or advertising scripts through its consent controls. Users may revisit their stored choice from the “Change cookie choice” control on the Cookie Policy page. A third-party player or embed may still communicate with its provider when it is loaded or activated, as described in section 12.

Certain information, including an email address, username, and authentication credentials, may be required to create or access an account.

Failure to provide sufficient verification information may prevent Phaser from approving or fully processing the request.
